What is gym management software?
Gym management software is one system that holds everything a gym would otherwise keep in registers and spreadsheets: member records and membership plans, attendance, fee collection and dues, trainers and personal-training sessions, and the reports that tell an owner how the business is doing. CoachFit adds the parts Indian gyms actually need — UPI collection, WhatsApp reminders and biometric attendance — rather than treating them as add-ons.
How much does gym management software cost in India?
CoachFit is ₹299 a month, or ₹2999 a year, for one gym with unlimited members and unlimited staff. Extra branches are ₹199 a month each. There is no setup fee, no per-member charge and no commission on the fees you collect. Indian gym software generally runs from around ₹89 to ₹2,000 a month depending on how much is gated behind higher tiers.
Can members pay by UPI?
Yes, and the money goes directly to you. You enter your own UPI ID and QR code, and members get a one-tap link that opens their payment app with the amount already filled in. CoachFit never holds your money and takes no percentage of it.
Does it work with fingerprint attendance machines?
Yes. CoachFit connects to standard ADMS fingerprint and face terminals, the kind most Indian gyms already own. The terminal matches the finger itself and sends an attendance event; CoachFit keeps its encoded template, never a fingerprint image, only to enrol the member on your other readers.
Is there one app for owners, trainers and members?
Yes. Everyone at the gym uses the same CoachFit app, and each person sees what their role allows: owners run the gym, trainers see their members and sessions, and members check their own plan, dues and attendance instead of asking at the desk.
How do the automated WhatsApp reminders work?
They go out on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, from a verified business number, using templates Meta has approved. You choose whether members hear from you before their plan expires, on the day, or after. Messages cost ₹0.28 each from prepaid credit, so nothing is ever sent that has not been paid for.
Can I run more than one gym from one account?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own members, staff, attendance and takings, and you get a view across all of them. Staff see only the branches you grant them. Extra branches are ₹199 a month, billed per branch — so a branch that closes stops costing you.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial runs 5 days with every feature switched on and no card required. When it ends, your data stays exactly where it is — the account simply stops accepting new activity until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
