Multiple branches

Run two gyms or ten, without the branches seeing each other

Multi-branch is where gym software usually becomes an enterprise conversation — a demo, a quote, and a price nobody will put on a page.

CoachFit charges ₹199 a month per extra branch, billed per branch, and separates them properly rather than filtering one big list.

Branches that are actually separate

Members, staff, attendance, plans and takings belong to a branch. A receptionist at one site cannot see another site’s members, and the numbers never blend by accident.

Analytics for the owner alone

Revenue across every branch, compared. Visible to the owner — not to a manager you gave access to one site, which is the distinction most systems fail to draw.

Billed per branch

Each branch pays its own way. Close one and that charge stops; let one lapse and the others carry on working, because a branch you are paying for should not shut because a different bill went unpaid.

Staff access, per branch, per role

A manager at two sites, a receptionist at one, a trainer across three. Access is granted branch by branch rather than all-or-nothing.

What it looks like

Built for a phone at the front desk and a laptop in the office, not a demo video.

The question to ask any multi-branch demo

"Can a front-desk login at Branch A see Branch B’s members?" Ask it while they are sharing their screen, and ask them to show you rather than answer.

Plenty of products offer the consolidated owner view, which is the easy half. The hard half is keeping staff out of the branches they do not work at — and it is the half that matters when a manager leaves to open their own gym.

What happens when one branch lapses

Each branch stands on its own bill. If your main gym’s plan expires while a second branch is paid, the second branch keeps working and you are asked for the main gym’s plan only when you switch back to it.

The members of a lapsed branch see a message telling them to speak to the gym. Members of the branches that are paid see nothing, because nothing has changed for them.

  • Add a branch from Settings, set up like your first one
  • Choose which branch you are working in from the header
  • Bulk member import per branch, from Epicenter
  • Transfer a member between branches without re-creating them

Common questions

How much does an extra gym branch cost?

₹199 a month, or ₹1999 a year, per additional branch. Billed separately from the main subscription, so closing a branch stops that charge rather than requiring a new contract.

Can staff at one branch see another branch’s data?

Only if you grant it. Access is given per branch and per role, so a receptionist at one site sees that site alone. Cross-branch analytics are restricted to the owner.

Can a member move between branches?

Yes — transfer them and their history, payments and attendance move with them, rather than starting a second record at the new branch.

What if one branch does not renew?

That branch closes to new activity and the others carry on. Its data is not deleted, and renewing that branch alone reopens it.
