Gym software for Bengaluru, Mysuru and the rest of Karnataka
Bengaluru gyms carry an unusual share of members whose week is never the same twice — hybrid schedules, on-call rotations, a fortnight in another city. A three-week gap that would mean "gone" in most markets often means "was in Hyderabad".
Which makes the crude churn signal useless here, and the real one considerably more valuable.
A member who disappears for three weeks has not necessarily left
"Days since last visit" is the number most gym software puts on the screen, and in this market it is close to noise. Half the people it flags were travelling and will be back on Monday; the members who are genuinely leaving often have a visit last week.
What actually predicts a lapse is a change in rate. Four visits a week down to one, sustained over a month, is somebody who has stopped — whether or not they came in yesterday. Four down to zero and back to four is somebody who had a work trip.
Outside Bengaluru the picture steadies. Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi gyms look more like the rest of the country: regular members, more price sensitivity, and the same January intake everybody gets.
Attendance read as a trend, not a gap
CoachFit keeps the whole history per member rather than a last-seen date, so you can see the shape of somebody’s attendance instead of one number that has gone stale.
The members worth a message are the ones whose rate has dropped and stayed down. That list is on a screen — and beside it is the other half of the answer, whether they have also stopped paying, which turns a friendly check-in into a renewal conversation.
The full detail — including what it costs and what to check before you commit — is on the attendance tracking page, and the features page covers how it works.

Members who would rather open an app than ask a person
Somebody who writes software for a living will check their plan in an app before they will ask at the desk. If your gym is in Whitefield, HSR or Indiranagar, the member app is likely to carry more of your front desk than it would elsewhere — worth knowing, because plenty of products charge extra for it.
Members sign in with a code on WhatsApp and a four-digit PIN after that, so there is no password to forget. They see their plan, expiry date, dues, receipts and their own attendance, and can renew with one tap onto your UPI ID.
- Member app on Android and iOS, included at every price
- Trainers get their own: their diary, their members, their session history
- App check-in for floors with no biometric terminal
- Nothing forced — members who never install it still get WhatsApp reminders
Gyms across Karnataka
CoachFit is one app for owners, trainers and members, on Android and in any browser, with no server or PC that has to stay switched on. It is the same price and the same feature set in a tier-two town as in the middle of the metro.

Questions from gym owners in Karnataka
Can I see which members have stopped coming?
Yes, and as a trend rather than a last-seen date. Members whose attendance rate has dropped and stayed down are the ones about to not renew — which is a different list from "has not visited in two weeks", and a far more useful one where people travel.
Is there a mobile app for members in Bengaluru gyms?
The member app is included everywhere, at every price — Android and iOS. Members see their plan, expiry date, dues, receipts and attendance history, and can renew onto your UPI ID with one tap. Trainers get a separate app showing only their own diary.
Do you support corporate or bulk memberships?
Corporate tie-ups are run as ordinary memberships bought together — create the plan, add the members, record a payment against each. There is no separate corporate billing module, so if you invoice an employer for fifty seats as a single line, tell us before you sign up rather than after.
Does it work for a gym in Mysuru or Hubballi, not just Bengaluru?
Yes, at the same price — ₹299 a month with unlimited members, no tiers and no city pricing. Biometric terminals queue attendance and push it when the connection returns, so a patchy line costs you nothing.
