New order

Priya Nair · Whey protein · collect at desk

Most gyms sell something besides memberships — protein, shakers, tape, a branded tee. It is usually run out of a drawer with a notebook beside it, and it never reaches the month's revenue figure.

CoachFit gives that counter a shelf. You list what you sell with a price and a photo, members see it in their app, and an order arrives with a name attached. What you take at the counter shows up in the same revenue as fees, because it is the same business.

Your products, your prices

Add anything: supplements, gear, day passes, merchandise. A photo, a price and a short description is the whole setup.

Members order from their phone

They browse, order, and collect at the desk. No queue at the counter to ask whether the chocolate one is in stock.

Stock that counts down

Set a stock number and it falls with each order, or leave it off for things you never run out of. Sold out is shown as sold out rather than discovered at the counter.

Takings in the same place

Shop revenue sits beside membership revenue in reports, so the month's number is the whole month and not just the fees.

How an order actually runs

A member taps Buy, and the order lands on the owner's screen with their name and what they ordered. Staff hand it over and mark it collected. That is the whole loop — it is a counter, not a warehouse, and the software should not pretend otherwise.

Paying for it

The shop uses whatever payment method the gym already uses. On manual UPI the member pays at the counter; with automatic payments switched on they pay in the app by card, UPI or net banking, and the money reaches your bank without anybody confirming anything.

Gym shop: common questions

Do I need a separate payment account for the shop?

No. The shop collects money the same way memberships do — your UPI handle, or your own Razorpay account if you have switched automatic payments on.

Does CoachFit take a commission on what I sell?

No. There is no commission on fees or on shop sales. You keep what you take.

Can I track stock?

Yes, per product. Set a quantity and it counts down as orders come in; leave it blank for anything you do not want to track.
