Yes, and the money goes directly to you. You enter your own UPI ID and QR code, and members get a one-tap link that opens their payment app with the amount already filled in. CoachFit never holds your money and takes no percentage of it.

Yes. CoachFit connects to standard ADMS fingerprint and face terminals, the kind most Indian gyms already own. The biometric template stays on the device — we receive an attendance event and store an enrolment flag, never anything that could reconstruct a fingerprint.

No. Everything works without one: you add members yourself, and they receive WhatsApp reminders whether or not they install anything. The member app is there for gyms that want it, so members can check their own plan, dues and attendance instead of asking at the desk.

They go out on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, from a verified business number, using templates Meta has approved. You choose whether members hear from you before their plan expires, on the day, or after. Messages cost ₹0.28 each from prepaid credit, so nothing is ever sent that has not been paid for.

Yes. Each branch keeps its own members, staff, attendance and takings, and you get a view across all of them. Staff see only the branches you grant them. Extra branches are ₹199 a month, billed per branch — so a branch that closes stops costing you.
