A diet chart is usually a PDF that gets opened twice. It covers a week, lists four meals a day, and by Wednesday nobody is looking at it.

CoachFit keeps diet plans beside the workout plan, in the app the member already has open at the gym — and shows them the meal that is coming rather than the whole chart.

As many meals as the plan needs

Three meals, five, or six with a pre-workout in between. Each meal has a time and its items, and the day is built the way the coach wants it.

Templates you reuse

Build "Fat loss — vegetarian" once and assign it to everybody it suits. Adjust one member's copy without touching anybody else's.

Next meal, not the whole chart

The member sees the meal that is next; once its time passes, the following one takes its place. Less to read, more likely to be followed.

Owner and trainer, same plans

Trainers build and assign diets for the members they train. The owner sees every plan and can change any of them.

What a diet plan is here

Deliberately not a calorie tracker. There are no macros to enter and nothing for the member to log — Indian gym diets are given as meals, not as numbers, and a plan that demands daily data entry is a plan that gets abandoned in week one.

What it is: the days, the meals, the times, and what to eat at each — written by the coach and read on a phone.

Assigned with the workout

A member is usually given both at once. Assign a workout template and a diet template while adding them, or later from their record — the member sees both in the same screen of their app, day by day.

Diet management: common questions

Can I add Indian foods?

Yes. The library covers common Indian meals, and anything missing you add once as your own — it is then available in every plan you build afterwards.

Do you count calories or macros?

No, by design. Plans are meals and timings, not numbers to enter. It keeps the plan readable and keeps members using it.

Can trainers assign diets?

Yes, to any member they train. A trainer's plan replaces whatever the member was on; only the owner can remove a plan entirely.
