Small and single-location gyms

Software for a gym with one room and two hundred members

Most gym software is sold to chains and priced for them: a member-count tier, a per-seat charge, an onboarding call and a year of commitment.

CoachFit is ₹299 a month whether you have forty members or four hundred, and you can set it up yourself in an afternoon.

No tier to outgrow

Unlimited members and unlimited staff at the only price there is. Adding members does not move you up a plan, because charging a gym for growing is a strange way to be paid.

One app for the whole gym

Owners, trainers and members all use the same CoachFit app, on Android or in a browser. No server, no Windows machine at the desk, and no engineer to visit.

Set up yourself, today

Add your plans, import your members, take a payment. No implementation project and no setup fee — the trial is there so you can find out before paying.

Every feature, including the ones you will need later

Multi-branch, personal training and the member app are included now, not waiting behind an upgrade for the day you open a second room.

What it looks like

Built for a phone at the front desk and a laptop in the office, not a demo video.

When a small gym actually needs software

Honestly: not immediately. Below about fifty members, a notebook and a good memory work, and anybody telling you otherwise is selling something.

The threshold is not member count but the moment you stop noticing. When a plan ending on Tuesday goes unnoticed until the following week, you are losing more each month than the software costs in a year — and that happens somewhere between fifty and a hundred members for most gyms.

What a small gym should ignore

Most of a demo. Class booking engines, lead-nurture funnels, kiosk modes and branded apps are sold hard and used rarely at this size.

Four things decide it: can you see who owes money, does the system chase renewals without you, does it work with the biometric machine you already own, and does it cost less than one lapsed membership a month.

  • ₹299 a month — roughly one membership
  • 5-day free trial, no card
  • No setup fee, no minimum term, no per-member charge
  • Your data exported whenever you ask, and kept 90 days if you leave

Common questions

Is CoachFit suitable for a gym with fewer than 100 members?

Yes, and the price does not change as you grow. Below about fifty members you may not need software at all — the point at which it starts paying for itself is when renewals begin slipping past unnoticed, not a particular member count.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. No setup fee, no implementation project and no minimum term. You can set it up yourself in an afternoon, and we will help with the member import if you would rather.

Do I need a computer at the gym?

No. CoachFit is one app for owners, trainers and members, so a phone at the desk is enough. There is no server or PC that has to stay switched on.

What if I want to leave?

Cancel from Settings and it stops renewing. Your data stays for 90 days so you can export it or come back, and subscription payments are not refundable — the trial exists so you can decide before paying.
