Memberships

Every membership, with the date it ends and what it is worth

Membership is the spine of a gym. Every other number — revenue, retention, who to ring today — is read off a start date, an end date and a price.

Kept in a register those three facts are correct on the day they are written and slowly stop being true. CoachFit keeps them current, and acts on them without being asked.

Plans you define

Monthly, quarterly, yearly, or the ninety-day offer you run each summer. Custom durations and prices, plus add-ons for lockers, diet plans or whatever else you sell.

Thirty seconds to add a member

A name, a number and a plan. Photos, measurements and emergency contacts can follow — waiting for complete data is how a system never gets used.

Members who fill in their own details

Send a joining link over WhatsApp and they enter their own name, number and date of birth. It arrives as a request you approve, so nobody adds themselves to your gym.

The expiring list builds itself

A nightly sweep moves members between cleared, expiring and expired. The list of people about to leave is waiting for you rather than assembled by hand.

What it looks like

Built for a phone at the front desk and a laptop in the office, not a demo video.

The number that decides whether software is worth it

Below about fifty members a notebook genuinely works. Past that, the thing that breaks is not record-keeping — it is follow-up.

Nobody notices the twelve people whose plans ended last week until they have already joined somewhere else. Twelve members at ₹1,500 is ₹18,000 a month walking out unremarked, against ₹299 for a system that would have named all twelve on the Tuesday.

What a membership record actually holds

Enough to run the gym and answer a member’s question at the desk without opening anything else.

  • Plan, price, start and end date, and the add-ons they bought
  • Every payment, with dates and how much is still owed
  • Attendance history, and when they last came in
  • Personal-training packages and sessions remaining
  • Emergency contact, and body measurements if you record them

Unlimited at every price

Typical of the category

Tiered — price rises as you grow

The full breakdown — what is included, what costs extra, and what happens when you add a branch — is on the pricing page, and the features page covers how this part actually works.

Common questions

Is there a limit on how many members I can have?

No. Every CoachFit plan is unlimited members and unlimited staff. Growing does not cost you more, which is deliberate — pricing by member count charges a gym for succeeding.

Can I import my existing member list?

Yes. Name, number, plan and expiry date are enough to start; the rest can follow. Bulk import is available, and we will do the first one with you.

What happens to members when a plan expires?

They move to expiring and then expired automatically, appear on the list you work from, and — if you have switched reminders on — hear from you on WhatsApp before it happens.

Can members see their own membership?

Yes, in the member app: plan, expiry date, dues, payment history and attendance. It removes most of the questions a front desk answers in a day.

Try it against your own members

5 days, every feature, no card. ₹299 a month after that, with unlimited members.
