Built for the gyms we actually know
Most gym software sold in India was designed somewhere else. It bills in dollars, assumes a card on file, treats WhatsApp as a curiosity, and has never heard of the fingerprint terminal already bolted to the wall beside your front desk.
CoachFit started from the other end. Fees are collected on your own UPI ID, so the money reaches you rather than a payment processor. Renewal reminders go out on WhatsApp, because that is where members actually read things. Attendance comes from the ADMS terminal you already own. None of those are add-ons — they are the product.
What we decided not to do
We take no percentage of the fees you collect. We do not charge per member, so growing does not cost you more. And we do not gate features behind tiers — a gym paying ₹299 a month gets multi-branch, personal training and the member app, the same as anybody else.
Each of those decisions costs us revenue. They also mean the number on the pricing page is the number you pay, which is rarer in this category than it ought to be.
Where we are
COACHFIT is registered in New Delhi and the product is built here. Support is in English and Hindi, on Indian hours, from people who can open your account while you are still on the phone.
Ask us anything before you commit
We would rather tell you CoachFit is wrong for your gym than have you discover it in month three.
