Renewals are lost in the gap between a plan ending and somebody remembering to mention it. The usual fix is a broadcast list on a personal number, which gets throttled, ignored, or forgotten on the week it matters.
CoachFit checks every membership each night and sends the reminder itself, on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, from a number that belongs to the gym.

Messages arrive in the right chat, with your gym's name on them, using templates Meta has approved. Not a personal number that looks like spam.

Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes — the WhatsApp Business Platform, with approved message templates and a verified sender. It is not a browser automation or a personal number, both of which get blocked.
What do messages cost?
₹0.28 a message from prepaid credit. You top up in advance, the balance is visible, and sending stops rather than running up a bill.
Can members reply?
Yes. Replies arrive in the gym's WhatsApp inbox like any other chat, so a member asking about a renewal reaches a person.
