Gym management software for Delhi, Noida and Gurugram

CoachFit is built in New Delhi. That is not a line of local colour — it is why the product assumes a UPI handle, a WhatsApp number and an eSSL terminal by the door, rather than a card reader and an email newsletter.

This page is about the one part of running a gym here that software genuinely changes: the distance between how many people join in January and how many are still paying in April.

The January problem, which is sharper in Delhi than most places

Every gym in India gets a January surge. In Delhi it is amplified from both ends — the cold months push everything indoors, and the resolution intake lands on top of that. A gym can take more sign-ups in three weeks than in the previous three months.

The bill arrives in March. A large part of that cohort stops turning up by mid-February and stops paying a few weeks later, and because they all joined together they all lapse together. A floor that was full in January looks thin by Holi, and in between nobody made a single phone call.

That is a follow-up failure, not a marketing one. Those members were already yours. The only thing that recovers them is somebody noticing in week three rather than at the renewal date — which is a thing software does and a register does not.

Why the reminder has to arrive on WhatsApp

A member in Delhi has four gyms within two kilometres and a phone full of unread SMS. The reminder that works is the one landing in the same list as their family chat, from a named business account with a verified tick beside it.

CoachFit checks every membership each night and sends it — before the expiry date, on the day, or after, whichever you pick — from an official WhatsApp Business number at ₹0.28 a message. Written in Hindi, English or both, because the message is yours.

The full detail — including what it costs and what to check before you commit — is on the whatsapp reminders page, and the features page covers how it works.

One market, three states, separate books

NCR is a single market spread across three jurisdictions. A gym with a floor in Dwarka and another in Noida is trading in Delhi and in Uttar Pradesh — separate registrations, separate staff, and members who use one branch on weekdays and the other at weekends.

CoachFit treats each branch as its own business: its own members, staff, attendance and takings, with access granted branch by branch. You see across all of them. Your Noida receptionist sees Noida. Extra branches are ₹199 a month each, billed separately.

  • A member transferred between branches keeps their payment and attendance history
  • Staff access granted per branch and per role, not all-or-nothing
  • Revenue compared branch by branch, visible to the owner alone
  • One biometric terminal per branch, each reporting to its own branch record

Gyms across Delhi NCR

CoachFit is one app for owners, trainers and members, on Android and in any browser, with no server or PC that has to stay switched on. It is the same price and the same feature set in a tier-two town as in the middle of the metro.

Questions from gym owners in Delhi NCR

Is CoachFit made in India?

Yes — it is built in New Delhi. UPI collection, WhatsApp reminders and ADMS biometric terminals are the defaults rather than regional features bolted onto an American product with a currency switcher.

Can I run gyms in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram from one account?

Yes. Each branch keeps its own members, staff, attendance and takings, and you get a view across all of them. Extra branches are ₹199 a month each, billed separately — so a branch that closes stops costing you, and one that lapses does not shut the others.

Will my members get reminders in Hindi?

They get whatever you write. WhatsApp carries Devanagari properly, so Hindi, English or a mix of the two all arrive correctly on the member’s phone.

Do you come to the gym to set it up?

It does not need a visit. CoachFit is set up from a browser and most gyms are running within an afternoon — plans, members, first payment. We will do your first member import with you over a call if you would rather not do it alone.

Try it on your own members

5 days, every feature, no card. ₹299 a month after that, with unlimited members and no cut of what you collect.
