Most gyms lose more members at the enquiry desk than they ever lose to cancellations. Somebody walks in, asks the fee, says they will think about it — and their number goes into a register nobody opens again.
CoachFit keeps every enquiry in one list with the date to call them back. The dashboard shows how many follow-ups are due today, and an enquiry that joins becomes a member without anybody typing their details twice.
Where they came from
Walk-in, phone call, referral by a member, social media or your joining link — so you know which of them is actually bringing people in.
A date to call back
Set a follow-up date and a note on each enquiry. Follow-ups that are due are counted on the dashboard and marked in the list, so none of them slips.
A trial pass
Give an enquiry a few days to try the gym before they decide, with the dates on their record and whether they came.
Joined in one tap
When they sign up, convert the enquiry: name, number and the plan they were interested in carry across to a new member record.
From enquiry to member
An enquiry moves through the stages every gym already uses — new, contacted, on trial, joined or lost — and the list can be read by any of them. A lost enquiry keeps the reason, which is the most honest feedback a gym gets on its prices.
- The plan they asked about, kept on the enquiry
- The member who referred them, for a referral
- A note on the enquiry, and one for each follow-up
- An enquiries tile and a follow-ups-due tile on the dashboard
Which source works
The leads report counts enquiries by where they came from and how many of each joined. A gym spending on Instagram can see whether it brings in members or only messages, and a gym that gets most of its members by referral knows to look after the people sending them.
Leads and enquiries: common questions
Can I track gym enquiries in CoachFit?
Yes. Each enquiry has a source, a stage, a follow-up date and notes, and the dashboard shows how many follow-ups are due. Converting an enquiry creates the member from what you already recorded.
Can I give an enquiry a free trial?
Yes. Give them a trial pass with a start and end date; the enquiry shows it, and whether they used it, so the follow-up call knows what to ask.
Is lead management an extra cost?
No. It is part of the same ₹299 a month as everything else.
