Renew membership
Settles to the gym's own Razorpay account. The membership renews the moment the payment succeeds — nothing to confirm.
Fee collection is where gym software usually starts taking a cut. CoachFit does not: the money is collected into your own account, and we never hold it or charge a percentage of it.
There are two ways to run it, and you choose which. Manual UPI, where members pay your handle and you confirm what arrived. Or automatic payments through your own Razorpay account, where the member pays in the app and the membership updates itself.
Your UPI, your money
Your handle and your QR, shown to the member with the amount filled in. The money goes straight to your bank — CoachFit never touches it.
Or automatic, through your Razorpay
Connect your own Razorpay keys and members pay by card, UPI or net banking. The fee clears, the membership renews, the receipt is issued — with nobody confirming anything.
Dues that chase themselves
Outstanding fees are listed by member and aged by how long they have been owed, and the WhatsApp reminder goes out on its own.
Every payment leaves a receipt
Part payments, add-ons, PT packages and shop orders each record against the member, with a receipt the member can see in their own app.
Manual UPI: the money arrives, you confirm it
A member taps pay, sees your QR and your handle with the amount already filled in, and pays from their own UPI app. They say they have paid; you check your bank and confirm it, or decline it if nothing arrived.
It costs nothing, works with the account you already have, and needs no paperwork — which is why it is what every gym starts on.
Automatic: nothing to confirm
Connect your own Razorpay account — your keys, your bank, your settlement — and the whole confirmation step disappears. The member pays inside the app and the purchase completes itself: renewals, add-ons, PT packages, and joining through your link.
CoachFit checks every payment with Razorpay before granting anything, so a payment cannot be faked; and if a phone loses its connection mid-payment, the order is checked directly, so money that left a member's account is always honoured.

Fees and payments: common questions
Does CoachFit take a percentage of fees?
No. Fees are collected into your own UPI handle or your own Razorpay account. We take no commission and never hold your money.
Do I need a Razorpay account?
Only if you want automatic payments. It is your own account, opened in your gym's name, and the settlement goes to your bank. Without it, manual UPI collection works exactly as before.
Can I switch back to manual UPI later?
Yes, in one tap. Your UPI ID and QR are kept while automatic payments are on, so switching back needs nothing re-entered — and your Razorpay keys stay saved for switching forward again.
What about part payments?
Record what was actually paid and the rest stays as a due on the member, aged from the day it was owed.
