Many batches, many styles
A dance academy runs more distinct classes than almost any other kind of studio. There may be Bollywood for adults on weekday evenings, Bharatanatyam for children on weekend mornings, hip-hop for teenagers and a separate advanced batch preparing for a performance.
Each runs in CoachFit as a recurring class with its own day, time, capacity and teacher. A student can be in more than one — the child learning both Kathak and contemporary is simply in two batches.
Fees from parents, collected on time
Most dance students are children, and most fees are paid by parents. Reminders go to the number on the student’s record, on WhatsApp, before the month’s fee is due.
Parents pay by UPI into your account. A family with two children enrolled can be given a sibling discount, recorded as a discount so the full fee stays visible in your reports.
Attendance before a performance
Attendance matters most in the weeks before a show, when a student who misses rehearsals holds back everybody else in the piece. CoachFit shows who has attended each batch, so a teacher can see who is falling behind.
What it does not do
CoachFit does not manage recitals, costumes, choreography or ticket sales for performances. It takes care of enrolment, fees and attendance — the administration that runs all year — rather than the logistics of the annual show.

- Yes. A discount is recorded against the fee, so the full amount and the reduction both show on the receipt and in your reports.
- Does CoachFit handle recitals or costumes?
- No. It handles enrolment, monthly fees and attendance. Recitals, costumes and performance ticketing are not part of it.
