MyGymDesk alternative
A MyGymDesk alternative for Indian gyms: CoachFit compared
CoachFit is a MyGymDesk alternative that costs ₹2,999 a year with no limit on staff. MyGymDesk’s published yearly plans, checked on 22 September 2026, run from ₹9,950 to ₹44,999 and are tiered largely by the number of staff, so a gym that adds trainers moves to a higher plan. On CoachFit, adding trainers does not change the price.
How each one charges
MyGymDesk’s pricing page, checked on 22 September 2026, lists yearly plans at ₹9,950, ₹19,999, ₹29,999 and ₹44,999. The tiers are separated largely by staff: one covers three staff, another ten, and the top plans unlimited. Members are unlimited on each.
CoachFit charges one price whatever the number of staff: ₹2,999 a year or ₹299 a month, with unlimited members and unlimited trainers.
Why staff-based pricing matters for a growing gym
A gym usually grows by adding trainers. Under staff-based pricing, the fourth trainer can move the gym to a plan costing twice as much, even though the gym itself has barely changed.
That is where CoachFit makes the biggest difference. A gym with eight trainers pays the same ₹2,999 a year as a gym with one.
Where they are alike
Both are Indian products with member and owner apps, UPI payments, WhatsApp reminders, biometric attendance and membership pauses. Both offer a free trial without a card.
Who should choose MyGymDesk instead
MyGymDesk’s higher plans list extras such as email marketing and a dedicated account manager. If those matter to you and the price suits, they may be worth it.
For a gym that mainly needs members, fees, attendance and reminders handled well, CoachFit covers that at a fraction of the cost.
