Gym software pricing in India 2026 — the full comparison table at a glance

The 20 gym software tools above split cleanly into three price bands. Band 1 (CoachFit, ₹250 a month) is the lowest full-featured price in the Indian market. Band 2 (Indian competitors OkFit, GymSathi, GymOwl, GymCare, KasratBook, MyGymDesk, GymForce, Torzil and FitnessForce) runs ₹500–₹3,750 a month effective — 2x to 15x CoachFit’s rate, with every one of them either tiered by staff, tiered by features or priced per month without a cheaper yearly alternative. Band 3 (International tools Mindbody, WellnessLiving, Glofox, Trainerize, PushPress, Vagaro, Gymdesk, GymMaster, Zenoti and Exercise.com) runs ₹6,000–₹29,000+ a month in INR terms — 25x to 116x CoachFit — and none support UPI, WhatsApp automation or eSSL and ZKTeco biometric machines natively.

The two numbers that matter most for an Indian gym owner are: effective monthly cost, and what you get for it. A ₹500-a-month Indian competitor that caps staff at three, locks biometrics behind a higher tier and charges Razorpay transaction fees on UPI is more expensive to run than it looks on the price list. CoachFit at ₹250 effective includes every feature, has no limit on members or staff, and collects UPI at 0% directly to the gym’s bank account.

Every CoachFit feature — and what each competitor charges extra for

The full CoachFit feature set at ₹250 a month covers every job an Indian gym runs on. Below is what each category of competitor charges for the same capability — as a monthly add-on, a higher plan tier or a transaction fee.

  • UPI fee collection at 0% commission (included free in CoachFit) — OkFit, MyGymDesk and Torzil route through Razorpay, which charges 2% + GST per UPI transaction; international tools do not support UPI at all
  • Automated WhatsApp reminders (included free; ₹0.28 a message) — Indian competitors typically put WhatsApp in a higher tier or charge the Meta Cloud API fee separately; Mindbody, Glofox and WellnessLiving do not have WhatsApp automation out of the box
  • eSSL and ZKTeco biometric attendance via ADMS (included free) — MyGymDesk, OkFit and GymCare put biometrics on higher tiers; international tools do not integrate with Indian machines
  • Personal training with trainer payouts (included free) — Trainerize charges per client; most Indian competitors have a basic PT module without automatic payout calculation
  • Group class scheduling with slot booking (included free) — Mindbody, Glofox and PushPress make this the centre of their product and price in USD; Indian competitors often charge extra for class booking modules
  • Member app (included free) — OkFit and MyGymDesk put the branded member app on higher tiers; Indian competitors typically charge for app customisation
  • Lead and enquiry CRM (included free) — FitnessForce and Zenoti bundle CRM into enterprise pricing; most Indian budget competitors do not have lead tracking at all
  • Multi-branch at ₹199 per extra branch (CoachFit) — MyGymDesk and FitnessForce charge significantly more for multi-location; international tools charge per location in USD
  • Unlimited members and staff (CoachFit) — MyGymDesk caps staff at three on the entry plan; Gymdesk and GymMaster tier pricing by member count; PushPress free tier caps at 100 members

Hidden costs most Indian gyms miss when they compare prices

The price on the comparison page is not what a gym actually pays. Four categories of hidden cost quietly multiply the true monthly bill of most competing tools: payment transaction fees, WhatsApp conversation charges, biometric device integration fees, and feature upgrades triggered by growth.

Payment transaction fees. Any competitor that collects UPI through Razorpay (OkFit, MyGymDesk higher tiers, Torzil UPI AutoPay) adds 2% + GST per transaction. For a gym with 150 members paying ₹2,000 a month, that is ₹6,000+ a month in fees — by itself larger than CoachFit’s entire ₹299 monthly bill. CoachFit’s direct UPI collection is 0%.

WhatsApp conversation charges. Indian competitors that route WhatsApp through Meta Cloud API charge the Meta conversation fee on top of their monthly subscription. For a 200-member gym sending 3–4 reminders per member per month, that is roughly ₹500–₹800 a month in conversation charges. CoachFit bundles reminders at ₹0.28 a message with no additional subscription tier.

Biometric device fees. Some competitors require a one-time integration fee for eSSL or ZKTeco setup (₹1,500–₹5,000 per device) or lock biometric support behind a higher plan. CoachFit’s ADMS integration is included at every price point.

Growth upgrades. Member-count-tiered tools (Gymdesk, GymMaster, MyGymDesk by staff) push gyms into higher plans as they grow. CoachFit’s ₹250 effective monthly rate holds the same from 50 members to 2,000.

For a 100-member Indian gym — real monthly cost on each platform

Here is the honest math for a 100-member gym in India charging ₹2,000 a month per member, sending 3 WhatsApp reminders per member per month, running an eSSL biometric at the door and collecting fees via UPI. These are indicative totals using each product’s published pricing — verify the latest numbers with each vendor directly.

  • CoachFit — ₹250 subscription + 0% UPI fees + ₹84 WhatsApp (300 messages at ₹0.28) = ₹334 a month total
  • OkFit Lite — ₹500 subscription + 2% UPI fees (₹4,000) + WhatsApp add-on = ₹4,500+ a month
  • GymSathi — ₹600 subscription + payment-gateway fees = ₹600–₹1,500 a month depending on tier
  • MyGymDesk entry — ₹830 effective + Razorpay 2% (₹4,000) + staff upgrade if more than 3 staff = ₹4,800+ a month
  • GymForce Growth — ₹999 subscription + any payment fees = ₹999–₹1,500 a month
  • Torzil — ₹1,250 effective yearly + UPI AutoPay fees (₹4,000) = ₹5,250+ a month
  • Mindbody Starter — ₹6,500 subscription + card payment fees (2.9% + ₹3 per transaction) = ₹12,000+ a month
  • Glofox — ₹8,200 subscription + card payment fees = ₹14,000+ a month
  • PushPress Pro — ₹13,200 subscription + card fees = ₹18,000+ a month
  • Zenoti — ₹25,000+ subscription (custom quote) + onboarding fees

Why CoachFit is at ₹250 — and how it stays that way

CoachFit’s price is low because of three deliberate choices. First, direct UPI to the gym’s own bank account bypasses a payment gateway — the gym keeps 100% of what members pay, and CoachFit does not take a transaction cut. Second, the WhatsApp reminders charge by the message rather than by the subscription tier, which costs a gym with 200 members under ₹500 a month in reminder fees. Third, every feature ships on the one plan — there is no basic / standard / growth / enterprise ladder designed to extract more revenue as a gym grows.

The business model is: CoachFit makes a thin margin per gym and reaches scale by having many gyms. The alternative model — charge a few gyms a lot — is what every USD-priced tool on this list runs on. For an Indian gym owner, the first model is the one that leaves money on the floor rather than in a US-based software company’s revenue report.

CoachFit’s ₹250 effective rate holds whether a gym has 50 members or 2,000. There is no growth penalty, no staff cap, no feature unlock gate. The only paid add-on is additional branches at ₹199 a month each — which keeps a 3-branch chain running on CoachFit at ₹648 a month total, less than one Mindbody user’s monthly subscription.

Questions

What is the cheapest gym management software in India in 2026?
CoachFit at ₹250 a month on the yearly plan (₹2,999 a year) or ₹299 on monthly billing is the cheapest full-featured gym management software in India. Every feature is included — UPI fee collection at 0% commission, automated WhatsApp reminders, eSSL and ZKTeco biometric attendance, personal training with trainer payouts, group class scheduling, a member and trainer app and multi-branch support — with no limit on members or staff. Rated 4.9/5.
How much does gym software cost in India per month?
Gym software in India costs from ₹250 a month (CoachFit yearly plan) to ₹42,000+ a month for enterprise platforms like Zenoti. Most Indian gyms spend ₹500–₹1,500 a month on mid-tier Indian products (OkFit, GymSathi, GymForce, MyGymDesk, Torzil). International tools priced in USD (Mindbody, Glofox, WellnessLiving, Gymdesk, PushPress) run ₹6,000–₹29,000 a month at current INR rates.
Is there free gym management software in India?
PushPress offers a free tier up to 100 members, but charges in USD once a gym crosses that limit. Most other free options are either feature-limited demos or discontinued products. CoachFit at ₹250 a month is the practical cheapest full-featured option — for a 100-member gym, that is ₹2.50 per member per month, less than what one member pays for a protein shake.
How much does Mindbody cost in India in INR?
Mindbody is priced in USD at $79–$349 a month, which at today’s INR rate works out to ₹6,500–₹29,000 a month. The Starter tier at ₹6,500 is 26x CoachFit’s ₹250. Mindbody is built around US card payments and does not natively support UPI, WhatsApp reminders or eSSL/ZKTeco biometric machines — which makes it a poor fit for most Indian gyms regardless of price.
Is CoachFit really the cheapest gym software — what’s the catch?
There is no feature catch at ₹250 a month: UPI, WhatsApp, biometrics, PT, group classes, member app, multi-branch and reports are all included with unlimited members and staff. The honest trade-offs are: CoachFit does not file GST returns (it records payments and receipts for your accountant), WhatsApp reminders go from CoachFit’s WhatsApp Business number with your gym’s name (not from your own number), and there is no branded app per gym — members use the CoachFit app. For 95% of Indian gyms, none of those matter.
What is the difference between CoachFit and OkFit pricing?
OkFit’s Lite tier at ₹500 a month is 2x CoachFit’s ₹250 effective price. OkFit’s Growth tier at ₹3,000 a month is 12x CoachFit. Both products support UPI, WhatsApp and biometrics, but OkFit’s UPI routes through Razorpay (2% + GST per transaction), while CoachFit’s UPI is direct to your bank account at 0%. For a 100-member gym at ₹2,000/member, Razorpay fees alone add ₹4,000+ a month on OkFit — on top of the ₹500 subscription.
What is the difference between CoachFit and MyGymDesk pricing?
MyGymDesk starts at ₹9,950 a year (₹830 a month effective) — 3.3x CoachFit’s ₹250 — and tops out at ₹44,999 a year (15x CoachFit). MyGymDesk’s entry tier caps staff at three (CoachFit is unlimited), puts biometrics and your own Razorpay account on higher tiers, and routes UPI through Razorpay with its transaction fee. CoachFit includes everything at ₹250 effective with unlimited staff.
What is the difference between CoachFit and GymForce pricing?
GymForce’s Growth plan at ₹999 a month is 4x CoachFit’s ₹250 effective price. GymForce’s Pro plan at ₹1,499 a month is 6x CoachFit. Both support UPI, WhatsApp and biometrics for Indian gyms with unlimited members. CoachFit’s advantage is the ₹250 monthly rate (₹2,999 a year) vs GymForce’s ₹11,999–₹17,999 a year.
Do I need to pay transaction fees on UPI with CoachFit?
No. CoachFit’s UPI collection is direct to your bank account at 0% commission — the full amount a member pays reaches your bank account the same day. No Razorpay, no Instamojo, no payment gateway in between. OkFit, MyGymDesk’s higher tiers and Torzil (via Razorpay) all charge 2% + GST per UPI transaction, which for a 150-member gym at ₹2,000/member is ₹6,000+ a month in avoidable fees.
Does CoachFit have hidden costs or paid add-ons?
The only paid add-ons on CoachFit are: additional branches at ₹199 a month each for multi-branch gyms, and WhatsApp reminders at ₹0.28 a message (sent via CoachFit’s WhatsApp Business number). For a 200-member gym sending 3 reminders per member per month, WhatsApp runs about ₹170 a month. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, no premium support tiers and no feature unlock fees.
How does gym software pricing in India compare to the US and UK?
Indian gym software like CoachFit (₹250 a month) is 25–116x cheaper than US tools like Mindbody (₹6,500–₹29,000), Glofox (₹8,200+), WellnessLiving (₹5,700–₹29,000), PushPress (₹13,200–₹19,000) and Gymdesk (₹6,200–₹16,500). Indian products are also built for UPI, WhatsApp, Hindi/Tamil/regional messaging, GST workflows and eSSL/ZKTeco biometric machines — none of which US tools support natively.
How do I switch from my current gym software to CoachFit?
CoachFit imports members, plans and payment history from Excel, Google Sheets or an export from your current software in under 10 minutes. For a 200-member gym, the full migration — member list, plan details, due dates, trainer records, biometric sync and WhatsApp templates — takes an afternoon from the owner’s phone. There is no onboarding fee, no setup charge and no sales demo — CoachFit runs a 14-day free trial so you can verify the import before switching.
What is the real monthly cost for a 100-member Indian gym?
For a 100-member Indian gym charging ₹2,000/member with 300 WhatsApp messages a month: CoachFit comes in at ₹334 a month total (₹250 subscription + ₹84 WhatsApp + 0% UPI fees). OkFit Lite is ₹4,500+ with Razorpay fees. MyGymDesk entry is ₹4,800+. GymForce Growth is ₹999+. Torzil is ₹5,250+. Mindbody Starter is ₹12,000+. For 95% of Indian gyms, the choice is CoachFit at under ₹400 a month or spending 10–40x that on a competitor with the same feature set.
